Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse via DPD or Royal Mail.
Please ensure that your email address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. This ensures you receive tracking notifications directly from the courier, allowing you to monitor your delivery and manage your preferences.
Delivery Notifications & Safe Places
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier. These updates allow you to:
- Track your delivery in real time
- Reschedule delivery if needed
- Choose to have your parcel left in a nominated safe place or deselect this option
If you select or allow delivery to a safe place (or if the courier determines it’s safe to do so), Skin Health Solutions cannot accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been marked as delivered by the courier.

Delivery Timeframes
- Royal Mail 24-Hour and DPD Next Day services are typically very reliable.
- However, these services are not guaranteed, and delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier capacity, or seasonal demand.
Once parcels leave our warehouse, they are in the care of the courier, and we rely on their tracking and delivery systems to complete your order.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist in raising an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
